Gender Equality Index - 2024
In accordance with Law No. 2018-771 of September 5, 2018, "The freedom to choose one's professional future", companies with at least 50 employees must calculate and publish their gender equality index annually.
For 2024, COLAERT ESSIEUX's gender equality index cannot be calculated due to insufficient staff numbers to calculate certain indicators.
COLAERT ESSIEUX remains fully committed to an active policy promoting gender equality and will continue to monitor and promote actions with this in mind.
